My name is Mr. Isaacs and I am the Substance Abuse Specialist for Highlands Elementary School.  I am also the Highlands/Atlantic Highlands Municipal Alliance Coordinator for the Prevention of Alcohol and Drug Abuse

My responsibilities include classroom education, individual and group discussions concerning topics such as alcohol and drug use, bullying, and violence prevention.
